Each vest is 35lb, 28lb or 18lbs with removable weights to scale to your training levels and goals. Specifically engineered for performance and comfort during any workout. Our compact design allows extreme weight with less bulkiness ensuring no restrictions in your range of motion

    Made entirely from 1000D Nylon and TPE foam for extra strength and durability. As well as durable Velcro straps that will not come undone.

    The extra padded shoulder straps and evenly distributed weights result in a tight secure fit, allowing you to keep your focus on pushing your work out to the limits.

    Weights Information:
    Total of 16,12, or 8 iron weights, 8, 6 or 4 in the front and 8, 6 or 4 in the back each weighing approximately 2.18 lbs. Vest holds a maximum of 35lb. All weights included with vest. 

    Washing Instructions: 
    Remove the weights. Hand wash with antibacterial soap and hang dry.
