U.S. SHIPPING

Standard U.S. shipping is $15 for orders below $75. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $75 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Express or Priority shipping is $30 and remains paid at every order value. Expedited shipping is not included in free Standard shipping offers.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent after the order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, weather, or other conditions outside our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Review your shipping address before placing the order. If an address needs to be corrected, email brema.mvrk@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, email brema.mvrk@gmail.com with the order number, photos when applicable, and a brief description. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us so we can help review the shipment.
